Job Description: Video Engineer

Location:
  • Birkirkara, Malta
Responsibilities:
  • Test lenses, cameras, filters, lights and other studio equipment
  • Prepare and install video recording sets according with the design requirements
  • Studio 3D design, prepare table layouts & provide technical input to designers
  • Prepare new video recording solutions
  • Provide maintenance and configuration of studio video recording equipment
  • Provide installation and adjustment of studio lights
  • Install & configure Chrome Keyer equipment in the blue screen environments
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

Qualifications:
  • Secondary (higher, special etc.) education
  • At least B1 (Low Intermediate) level of English language skills
  • General computer knowledge
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of photography/video theory
  • Experience working with lighting and video image capturing equipment
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Additional Information
  • Must be able to travel to attend training / support teams in other offices.
  • Ability to contribute extra hours outside of regular weekly working hours to deliver on tight deadlines
